Sec. 432.190. PAYMENT OF FINES, COSTS, AND DISPOSITION THEREOF.

(a)A fine or forfeiture imposed by general court-martial shall be paid to the officer ordering the court or to the officer commanding at that time. The officer, not later than the fifth day after the date of the payment's receipt, shall pay it to the adjutant general, who shall disburse it as he sees fit for military purposes.
(b)A fine or forfeiture imposed by nonjudicial punishment or a special or summary court-martial shall be paid to the officer imposing nonjudicial punishment or ordering the court or to the officer commanding at that time.
