Sec. 43.134. 64TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

(a)The voters of Hale County elect a district attorney for the 64th Judicial District who represents the state in that district court only in Hale County.
(b)The district attorney also represents the state in all criminal cases before the county court and the justice courts in Hale County.
