Sec. 419.907. LOCATION OF OFFICES OF COMMISSION, STATE FIRE MARSHAL, AND TEXAS FOREST SERVICE.

(a)To the extent feasible, the commission, the state fire marshal, and the Texas Forest Service shall colocate office space outside of Travis County used for related functions performed by the three entities.
(b)The commission, the commissioner of insurance, and the Texas Forest Service may enter into a memorandum of understanding to implement this section.
