Sec. 418.172. INSURANCE COVERAGE.
(a)Property damage insurance covering state facilities may be purchased by agencies of the state if necessary to qualify for federal disaster assistance funds.
(b)If sufficient funds are not available for the required insurance, an agency may request funding from the disaster contingency fund to purchase the insurance.
