Sec. 411.556. SECURE STORAGE OF SENSITIVE INFORMATION.

(a)The unit shall provide for the secure storage of sensitive information obtained or produced as part of the report developed under Section 411.554 .
(b)Information determined as sensitive under Subsection (a) is not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 .
