Sec. 411.284. FUNDING.

(a)The Department of Public Safety Historical Museum and Research Center account is created as a special account outside the state treasury to be held at the Department of Public Safety Credit Union and to be administered by the commission. The money in the account may be used only to administer this subchapter.
(b)The account is composed of gifts, grants, and donations collected by the department from any public or private source for the purposes of this subchapter. SUBCHAPTER K-1. POWER OUTAGE ALERT
