Sec. 411.139. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: STATE SECURITIES BOARD.

(a)The securities commissioner is entitled to obtain from the department criminal history record information maintained by the department that relates to a person who is:
(1)an applicant for a certificate of registration under The Securities Act (Title 12, Government Code);
(2)a holder of a certificate of registration under The Securities Act (Title 12, Government Code);
(3)an applicant for employment by the State Securities Board; or
(4)an employee of the State Securities Board.
(b)Criminal history record information obtained by the securities commissioner under this section may not be released by any person or agency except on court order or with the consent of the person who is the subject of the
