Sec. 411.107. ACCESS TO CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INFORMATION: RECEIVER.

(a)In this section, "receiver" has the meaning assigned by Section 443.004 , Insurance Code.
(b)A receiver is entitled to obtain criminal history record information as provided by Subsection (b-1) that relates to a person:
(1)who is a creditor or claimant of the receivership estate; or
(2)against whom the receivership estate has a claim. (b-1) A receiver is entitled to obtain from the department or any other criminal justice agency in this state criminal history record information maintained by the department or that criminal justice agency that relates to a person described by Subsection (b).
(c)Criminal history record information obtained by a receiver under Subsection (b-1) may not be released or disclosed to an
