Sec. 411.0755. STATEMENT IN APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT, INFORMATION, OR LICENSING. A person whose criminal history record information is the subject of an order of nondisclosure of criminal history record information issued under this subchapter is not required in any application for employment, information, or licensing to state that the person has been the subject of any criminal proceeding related to the information that is the subject of the order. Transferred, redesignated and amended from Government Code, Section 411.081(g-2) by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1279 (S.B. 1902 ), Sec. 9, eff. September 1, 2015.
