Sec. 403.620. CERTAIN BENEFITS RELATED TO AGREEMENTS PROHIBITED; ATTORNEY GENERAL ENFORCEMENT.

(a)An employee or representative of a school district, a member of the governing body of the district, or any other person may not intentionally or knowingly solicit, accept, agree to accept, or require any payment of money or transfer of property or other thing of value, directly or indirectly, to the district, an employee or representative of the district, a member of the governing body of the district, or any other person in recognition of, anticipation of, or consideration for approval of an agreement unless authorized by this subchapter.
