Sec. 403.035. SUSPENSE ACCOUNTS AND LEDGERS.

(a)The comptroller may create and use suspense accounts and funds for the collection, allocation, and distribution of revenue, including the allocation of revenue required to be deposited to the credit of the available school fund.
(b)The comptroller shall keep a suspense ledger that states the accounts of the comptroller with respect to money and securities the comptroller holds in suspense, including money and securities deposited with the comptroller pending a determination of whether the deposits are for a state purpose. The comptroller shall acknowledge the receipt of the items held in suspense and post these items to the ledger. The ledger must also include accounts for all money and securities received by heads of agencies and deposited
