Sec. 401.105. FEDERAL FUNDS DESIGNATION.

(a)Notwithstanding Section 487.051 or 487.351 , on the written request of the commissioner of agriculture or the administrative head of a state agency designated under this subsection, the governor may designate one or more state agencies, under the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981 (Pub. L. No. 97-35) and 24 C.F.R. Part 570, Subpart I, to administer the state's allocation of federal funds provided under the community development block grant nonentitlement program authorized by Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. Section 5301 et seq.).
(b)Notwithstanding Subsection (a) or any other law, the governor may designate any agency to administer all federal community development block grant disaster recovery fun
