Sec. 30.01277. JOINT COURT: APPLICABLE LAW.

(a)The municipalities by contract shall select one of the contracting municipality's enabling statutes as the source of applicable procedural requirements for the operation of the joint municipal court of record established under Section 30.01273 .
(b)All of the provisions of the statute selected under Subsection (a) apply to the operation of the joint municipal court of record. If there is a conflict with any of the provisions in Sections 30.01273-30.01276, those sections control.
(c)Any matter that is not governed by the contracting municipalities' enabling legislation or other law shall be resolved by the contract entered into under Section 30.01273 . SUBCHAPTER II. LEWISVILLE
