Sec. 30.01273. JOINT COURTS: CREATION.

(a)The governing body of the city may contract with one or more municipalities that have municipal courts of record to establish a joint municipal court of record to serve the contracting municipalities.
(b)A joint municipal court of record created under this section replaces each municipality's individual municipal court of record.
