Sec. 30.00939. COURT REPORTER.

(a)For the purpose of preserving a record in cases tried before the municipal court, the city manager shall provide an official court reporter who has the qualifications provided by law for official court reporters.
(b), (c) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(24), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
