Sec. 30.00706. COURT REPORTER.
(a)The municipal judge shall appoint the court reporter under Section 30.00010 .
(b)Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(18), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
(c)Section 30.00010 (d) does not apply to this subchapter.
