Sec. 30.00305. CLERK.

(a)The city manager shall appoint a clerk of the municipal courts of record. The clerk holds office at the pleasure of the city manager and is subject to all city charter provisions, ordinances, and personnel policies relating to non-civil service city employees.
(b)Section 30.00009 (c) does not apply to this subchapter.
