Sec. 24.911. TARRANT COUNTY CRIMINAL JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. 2.

(a)The Tarrant County Criminal Judicial District No. 2 is composed of Tarrant County. (a-1) Subchapter C applies to the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 2. (a-2) Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 2 shall give preference to criminal cases.
(b)Section 24.910 , relating to the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 1, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the Tarrant County Criminal District Court No. 2.
