Sec. 2308.261. CERTIFICATION OF BOARD.

(a)The governor shall certify a board on determining that the board's composition is consistent with applicable federal and state law and requirements and meets established state criteria.
(b)The governor shall certify or deny certification not later than the 30th day after the date a certification request is submitted to the governor.
