Sec. 2308.065. FUNDING.

(a)Federal funding for the operation of the council shall be allocated according to federal requirements.
(b)A state agency represented on the council shall provide funds for the support of the council in proportion to the agency's financial participation in the workforce development system. The council, with the governor's approval, shall establish a funding formula to determine the level of support each agency must provide. SUBCHAPTER C. COUNCIL DUTIES AND POWERS
