Sec. 2306.939. INTERAGENCY COOPERATION.
(a)The department shall identify other state agencies that may interact with occupants of migrant housing facilities to assist the department in identifying and locating unlicensed migrant labor housing facilities.
(b)Information provided to the department under this section:
(1)may be used only for the purposes of identifying and locating unlicensed migrant labor housing facilities;
(2)must be free of identification information relating to individual migrant agricultural workers; and
(3)is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 552 .
