Sec. 2306.6013. BUDGET; SHARING OF DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, AND FACILITIES.
(a)The Manufactured Housing Board shall develop a budget for the operations of the department relating to the division.
(b)The Manufactured Housing Board shall reduce administrative costs by entering into an agreement with the department to enable the sharing of department personnel, equipment, and facilities.
