Sec. 2306.560. AUDIT.

(a)The corporation shall hire an independent certified public accountant to audit the corporation's books and accounts for each fiscal year. The corporation shall file a copy of the audit with the department and shall submit the audit report to the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of representatives, comptroller, Bond Review Board, and State Auditor's Office not later than the 30th day after the submission date established in the General Appropriations Act for the annual financial report.
(b)The corporation is subject to audit by the state auditor.
(c)The corporation shall submit budget and financial information to the legislative budget office as required by the director of the legislative budget office.
