Sec. 2306.495. AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS. Bonds issued by the department under this chapter are legal and authorized investments for:

(1)banks;
(2)savings banks;
(3)trust companies;
(4)savings and loan associations;
(5)insurance companies;
(6)fiduciaries;
(7)trustees;
(8)guardians; or
(9)sinking or other public funds of:
(A)this state;
(B)a municipality;
(C)a county;
(D)a school district; or
(E)another political subdivision or public agency of this state.
