Sec. 2306.2561. AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRESERVATION PROGRAM: LOANS AND GRANTS.

(a)The department, through the housing finance division, shall provide loans and grants to political subdivisions, housing finance corporations, public housing authorities, for-profit organizations, nonprofit organizations, and income-eligible individuals, families, and households for purposes of rehabilitating housing to preserve affordability of the housing.
(b)The department may use any available revenue, including legislative appropriations, to provide loans and grants under this section.
