Sec. 2176.152. PROCESSING UNITED STATES MAIL IN CAPITOL COMPLEX. United States mail may be delivered to and from the post office located in the Capitol Complex on agreement between the comptroller and the affected agency. SUBCHAPTER E. SPECIAL MAIL SERVICES
