Sec. 2166.106. REVIEW OF PROPOSED CAPITOL COMPLEX MASTER PLAN BY PARTNERSHIP ADVISORY COMMISSION.

(a)Before a proposed Capitol Complex master plan or proposed update to the plan is submitted and considered approved under Section 2166.1065 and before the commission adopts the plan or update, the commission must submit the plan or update to the Partnership Advisory Commission established under Chapter 2268 for review and comment.
(b)Not later than the 60th day after the date the Partnership Advisory Commission receives the plan or update, the advisory commission shall in a public hearing by majority vote of the members present:
(1)vote to approve the plan or update; or
(2)submit to the commission written comments and recommended modifications to the plan or update.
