Sec. 2166.063. FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.
(a)The commission may waive, suspend, or modify a provision of this chapter that conflicts with a federal statute or a rule, regulation, or administrative procedure of a federal agency if a waiver, suspension, or modification is essential to receive federal money for a project.
(b)If a project is wholly financed with federal money, a standard required by an enabling federal statute or required by a rule or regulation of the administering federal agency controls.
