Sec. 2157.183. PREAPPROVED TERM OR CONDITION PART OF CONTRACT; CHANGE OF TERM OR CONDITION.
(a)Preapproved terms and conditions must be part of any contract between a state agency and a vendor that has agreed to them.
(b)A preapproved term or condition that is changed remains valid for an existing contract of which it is part but must be renegotiated before it may be part of another or a renewed contract.
