Sec. 2157.181. PREAPPROVED CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

(a)The comptroller, with the concurrence of the department, may negotiate with vendors preapproved terms and conditions to be included in contracts relating to the purchase or lease of a telecommunication device, system, or service or an automated information system awarded to a vendor by a state agency.
(b)The comptroller and the department must agree to the wording of preapproved terms and conditions negotiated with a vendor.
