Sec. 2155.385. CREDIT CARDS.

(a)If authorized by rule adopted by the comptroller under Section 403.023 , the comptroller may contract with one or more credit card issuers for state agencies to use credit cards to pay for purchases. The comptroller may not enter into a contract that conflicts with the rules described by this subsection.
(b)This section does not apply to contracts regarding travel services or the use of credit cards to pay for travel services under Chapter 2171 .
(c)In this section and notwithstanding Section 2151.002 , "state agency" has the meaning assigned by Section 403.023 (e).
