Sec. 2155.323. AUDIT OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

(a)On receipt of a certification, financial information, and purchase information from a state agency as required by this subchapter, the comptroller shall audit the financial information under Chapter 403 .

(b)If the comptroller approves the financial information, the comptroller shall determine whether the purchase information should also be audited under Section 2155.324 .
