Sec. 2155.137. EMERGENCY PURCHASES.

(a)The comptroller shall provide for emergency purchases by a state agency and may set a monetary limit on the amount of an emergency purchase.
(b)The provisions of Section 2161.181 relating to historically underutilized businesses apply to an emergency purchase made under this section.
