Sec. 2054.523. MANAGEMENT PLANS FOR MAJOR OUTSOURCED CONTRACTS.

(a)The department shall specify procedures for administering, monitoring, and overseeing each major outsourced contract by creating a management plan for each contract. In each management plan, the department shall specify the department's approach to managing and mitigating the risks inherent in each contract.
(b)Department staff who perform contract administration and program duties shall jointly develop the management plans with input from executive management and the board. Each management plan must be approved by the executive director.
(c)Each management plan must establish clear lines of accountability and coordination of contract activities. The plan must provide details about implementing the program that is the su
