Sec. 2054.205. DEVELOPMENT OF SYSTEM.
(a)The department shall develop functional requirements for a statewide system of telecommunications services for all state agencies. Existing networks, as configured on September 1, 1991, of institutions of higher education are exempt from the requirements.
(b)The department shall develop requests for information and proposals for a statewide system of telecommunications services for all state agencies.
