Sec. 2054.125. LINKING AND INDEXING INTERNET SITES.

(a)All state agencies that maintain a generally accessible Internet site shall cooperate to facilitate useful electronic links among the sites. State agencies shall attempt to link their sites in such a manner that different sites from which persons can be expected to need information concurrently are linked.
(b)Each state agency that maintains a generally accessible Internet site shall establish the site so that the site can be located easily through electronic means.
(c)The department on request shall assist an agency to comply with this section.
(d)Each state agency that maintains a generally accessible Internet site and that uses the state electronic Internet portal shall include a link to the state electronic Internet portal on t
