Sec. 2054.1182. EVALUATION OF COMPLETED MAJOR INFORMATION RESOURCES PROJECTS.

(a)After a major information resources project has been completed, a state agency shall evaluate and report to the quality assurance team on whether the project met the agency's objectives or other expectations.
(b)The state auditor may:
(1)provide an independent evaluation of the completed project to ensure the validity of the results reported under Subsection (a); and
(2)send the evaluation to the legislative audit committee.
