Sec. 2054.104. DENIAL OF ACCESS TO APPROPRIATIONS ON FAILURE TO SUBMIT OPERATING PLAN.

(a)If a state agency fails to comply with Section 2054.103 , the governor may direct the comptroller to deny the agency access to the agency's appropriations that relate to the management of information resources.
(b)The denial of access may continue until the governor is satisfied with the state agency's compliance with this section. SUBCHAPTER F. OTHER POWERS AND DUTIES OF STATE AGENCIES
