Sec. 2054.0337. CUSTOMER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

(a)The board by rule shall establish an advisory committee under Section 2054.033 to report to and advise the board on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of services provided by the department to customers.
(b)The board shall appoint advisory committee members who are employees of state agencies that:
(1)use the department's services; and
(2)have 500 or fewer full-time employees, including at least three members who are employees of state agencies that have 150 or fewer full-time employees.
