Sec. 2054.027. MEETINGS; ACTION OF BOARD.

(a)The board shall meet at least once in each quarter of the state fiscal year and may meet at other times at the call of the presiding officer or as provided by department rule.
(b)When a quorum is present, an affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the board present is necessary for an action of the board to be effective.
