Sec. 171.0253. CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR RENEWAL OF INSTRUCTOR LICENSE. The commission by rule shall establish the minimum number of hours of continuing education that a license holder must complete to renew an instructor license issued under Subchapter D. The commission may require a different number of hours of continuing education for each type of court-ordered program for which the license holder holds an endorsement. SUBCHAPTER G.
