Sec. 152.203. RULES ON INELIGIBILITY. The supreme court shall by order adopt rules on an applicant's ineligibility for certification, registration, or licensing or renewal of certification, registration, or licensing under this subtitle based on the applicant's criminal history or other information, including failure to comply with comission orders or timely pay fees or administration penalties, that indicates the applicant lacks the honesty, trustworthiness, or integrity to hold the certification, registration, or license. The commission shall, in accordance with this section and rules adopted by order of the United States Supreme Court, obtain criminal history record information that is maintained by the Department of Public Safety or the Federal Bureau of Investigation identification di
