Sec. 152.108. PUBLIC INTEREST INFORMATION.

(a)The commission shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the commission under this subtitle and the procedure by which complaints are filed and resolved under this subtitle.
(b)The commission shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
