Sec. 1501.158. IMPOSITION OF AD VALOREM TAX. The governing body of the municipality shall impose an annual ad valorem tax sufficient to pay when due the principal of and interest on each certificate of indebtedness issued under this subchapter. SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF WATER AND SEWER SYSTEMS IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 275,000
