Sec. 1477.253. ELECTION PROPOSITION.
(a)At an election to approve the issuance of bonds under this subchapter, the commissioners court may submit one or more separate propositions for the issuance of bonds.
(b)Each proposition submitted at a bond election under this subchapter may include one or more of the purposes authorized by Section 1477.252 .
