Sec. 1477.206. OPERATION OF FIREFIGHTER TRAINING FACILITIES.

(a)The commissioners court may:

(1)operate and maintain the county's firefighter training facilities; and

(2)set and collect charges for:

(A)services performed at those facilities; and

(B)information furnished to others by the use of those facilities.

(b)The commissioners court shall pay the expenses of operating and maintaining the county's firefighter training facilities from:

(1)charges collected under Subsection (a); and

(2)any other available county funds. SUBCHAPTER F. BONDS FOR SURVEYS, MAPS, AND PLATS IN COUNTIES WITH POPULATION OF 500,000 OR MORE
