Sec. 1477.060. SIGNATURES; REGISTRATION BY COUNTY TREASURER.
(a)A bond issued under this subchapter must be:
(1)signed by the county judge; and
(2)attested by the county clerk.
(b)The county treasurer shall register a bond issued under this subchapter but is not required to sign the bond.
