Sec. 1473.195. NOTICE OF ELECTION.

(a)In addition to the notice required by Section 4.003 (c), Election Code, notice of an election under this subchapter shall be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.
(b)The notice must contain a substantial copy of the election order.
(c)The notice must be published on the same day in each of two consecutive weeks. The first publication must be at least 14 days before the election. SUBCHAPTER H. CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS FOR CRIME DETECTION FACILITIES IN COUNTIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.5 MILLION
