Sec. 1473.175. USE OF JOINT PROJECT BUILDING.

(a)Except as provided by Subsection (b), a public health administration building erected jointly by a county and a municipality under this subchapter may be:
(1)used for any purpose that will contribute to the health of the residents of the county and municipality; and
(2)occupied and used by the county and municipality jointly.
(b)The public health administration building may not be used for hospital purposes. SUBCHAPTER G. BONDS FOR WORKHOUSES AND FARMS IN COUNTIES WITH A POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.5 MILLION
