Sec. 1473.140. ADDITIONAL BONDS.
(a)The commissioners court may issue bonds under this subchapter that are a junior lien on the net revenue or property unless the bond order or trust indenture prohibits their issuance.
(b)The commissioners court may issue parity bonds under conditions in the bond order or trust indenture.
